Mega BLT. Smokey tempeh bacon, avocado, tomatoes, spinach lettuce, red onion, crunchy sprouts, vegenaise and chipotle vegenaise on baked ciabatta bread.

Late night smacks from last night: spicy chick’n tenders with chipotle veganaise and hot and spicy sweet potato fries.

Front porch breakfast. Tofu cream cheese bagels sprinkled with cinnamon and organic cane sugar, some black cherry cranberry juice and jamming the new Joyce Manor album.

I made myself an awesome birthday breakfast of tofu scramble which included green and red bell peppers, portobello mushrooms, jalapeño, daiya cheddar and garlic. And I made some whole wheat drop biscuits with cayenne-paprika gravy.

My friend Charley took me out to eat for my birthday to this falafel place called King Solomon’s. Some of the best falafel I’ve had in quite some time.

On my way to Detroit with some friends, we stopped at this really nice place called Mr. Lee’s somewhere in Ohio. This was so good. The peppers I ordered were delicious.

This was an awesome meal I got from a place in New Albany, Indiana called The Onion. The tofu wasn’t as firm as I usually like it, but it was delicious nonetheless.

Homemade Chinese food and some Ale8. Can’t beat that.

Made up some awesome super “sassy” pineapple curry a few days ago. I love spicy food and this had a good kick to it.

Vegan Thai Buffet. I want this every day.

Been on such a breakfast kick over the past two months. I got some bagels yesterday and threw this together from what I had laying around.

Giant spicy soysage patties, daiya cheddar and strawberry jam on toasted bagels. So tasty!!

Birthday breakfast: tofu scramble with portobello, green and red bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, garlic, soysage, daiya cheddar and whole wheat drop biscuits topped with paprika cayenne gravy.

First time making Moroccan food! Seitan tagine with raisins, almonds and agave and spiced with ras-el-hanout and Spanish saffron over couscous.
